I’m trying something different today…making a couple necklaces using the popular keys and my favorite copper & turquoise.   One is finished & posted.  has matching earrings, too.  (well, they match the necklace, never each other)

Since I sold all my pendants at the Art Show opening at the Library, I’ve been creating more.  Follow the link and check back often.  Each one is unique and sell for $45 including the chain.  Send me an email on my “contact me” page if interested.

I’m in the process of updating & creating new shoe sketches and making more note cards.    These are a couple of my designs.  More to come on website soon.

June 3rd was our opening reception for Art @ the Library.    It was a beautiful venue and we all  enjoyed visiting with so many art lovers and supporters.   This is a picture taken that night of my friends & painting group.  (Lovely, talented friends).  The artwork will remain at the Carnegie-Stout Library main concourse until the end of July.

I’ve been getting ready for the art show at the Dubuque Carnegie Stout Library.  I will be showing a few varied  pieces of jewelry, clay art, and multi-media canvas along with other members of my painting group “The Broad Strokes”. The show opens June 3rd with a reception from 5:30 to 7:30 and will run until the end of July.

Starting to get ready for Diva Season!   These funky ladies are made from the re-usable jack-o-laterns that have an electric light bulb inside, so they can be used  year after year, plugged in or not.   There are some Diva Witches perfect for Halloween, but most are dressed up in general Autumn colors for the entire Fall and Thanksgiving season.   Some are sporting leopard, hats, or feathers.  Some are perfect for wine lovers showing labels, corks and grapes.  All are one-of-a-kind and carry their glitz with a little attitude. They are for sale for $50 from Dreams Boutique in Galena, Ill or from me.

One Diva is posted below or  look at a few from previous years:
